"And now... now, my Rina is pregnant." Daemonikai pulled the distressed man into a proper hug, holding his shoulders before stepping back and smiling broadly.
"Congratulations from the bottom of my heart, Tee! What incredible news!" Vladya also smiled brightly as he returned the child to the cradle, then clapped his hands.
"Ottai's back. You're going to be a father again. It was about time, damn it." The Fourth Governor's smile split his face as tears glistened in his eyes.
"Thank you." For a while, they laughed softly. They held hands. Patted each other on the back.
Embracing.
Relief that it wasn't bad news. Joy that this was finally happening for Ottai. An overwhelming euphoria.
